Hari heads Finance, IT, HR, Legal and Administration functions of Virtuous Retail.Virtuous Retail is an institutionally owned developer-operator of community-oriented premium Lifestyle Shopping Centers in India’s top cities and is sponsored by The Xander Group Inc., a leading emerging markets investment firm, which has committed US$ 600 MM in equity to the platform. Hari is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in finance, informational technology, construction & project management, and retail real estate. Prior to joining Virtuous Retail, Hari was with the K.Raheja Corp Group, where, as Associate Vice President (Finance & IT) of Inorbit Malls, he spent eight years as part of the senior management team with core expertise in Finance & Enterprise Resource Planning. Earlier he worked with National Stock Exchange, NSE.IT and Essar in various capacities.
